How to get over that Long distance relationship nightmare

If you are one of those people who have just broken up with your long distance boyfriend or girlfriend, don't be upset. There is still better opportunities out there for you. Long distances relationships are very difficult to keep. They come with a lot of challenges and insecurities and few couples out of many emerges as the winner but its all about love and understanding.
Have you been disappointed over that long distance relationship?

Below are some tips on how to get over that depression and move on:

1. Give yourself time to get over it: Don't get easily angry and do something stupid that may result to a regret later. Take a break from your daily chores and give yourself some time to feel sad before you move on.

2. Never post it on social media: This is the stupidest thing you can probably do. Never start posting it on your social media pages,  abusing and cursing each other publicly, this look so crazy. Most of those your friends are even laughing at you behind your back because you are acting so Immature.

3. Make yourself happy : Keep working to keep your mind away from the situation. Go out and have fun as usual with your friends,  try and get yourself distracted.

4. Give a break: Go offline from  your social networks at least once in a while. We are not suggesting you to cut yourself from your friends, but take a break from the virtual world. It is important to switch off sometimes and Concentrate on building yourself. 

5. Take a vacation: Go for a small weekend trip. Choose your favorite place on the globe and pack your bags. Exploring a new place will take your minds off things back home.
