Three men killed while chasing Tornado in Texas
Three
storm chasers and two other Weather Channel contractors were killed on Tuesday
while chasing a tornado in Texas. There was an alleged report of tornado and
the three left to chase the same tornado at Dickens County without knowing that
it’s going to be their last day on the planet earth but incidentally, their
vehicle crashed with another one about 5 miles west of Spur. Spur is nearly 70
miles east of Lubbock.
According
to the authorities, The crash took place when a black Suburban heading towards
north on Farm to Market Road 1081 at about 3:30 in the afternoon, the car
suddenly ran through a stop sign and smashed with a Jeep traveling west on Farm
to Market Road 2794. In a report with Sgt. John Gonzalez of the Texas
Department of Public Safety, the driver of the Suburban was identified as
Kelley Gene Williamson from, aged 57 and the Suburban's passenger was Randall
Delane Yarnall, aged 55 both hailed from Cassville Missouri. Williamson and
Yarnall were contractors for the weather channel. They were immediately
confirmed been dead at the scene
The
authorities also identified the Jeep's driver as Corbin Lee Jaeger from Peoria
Arizona, aged 25. it was also disclosed that Williamson was not putting
on his seat belt when that incident occurred and he flew off from the car
during the collision, while Yarnall and Jaeger who had their seat belt on
didn’t also survived the accident.

the inspection of the two vehicles involved in the crash
In
a statement with the weather channel, they expressed their deep remorse over
the death of their members.
“The
two were beloved members of the weather community, we are saddened by this loss
and our deepest sympathies go out to the families and loved ones of all
involved".
