For how long will gas prices keep rising in Texas?

As a Texan i feel so bad not just because of the gas prices but because of the coarse the hurricane Harvey have put us all through. Most people have lost all have got in the life and even some have lost their lives. May God help us all to survive this tragedy. Since the Harvey incident, the gasoline shortage in north Dallas is just terrible and creating more trauma to us living here,  Since two days ago. Today, few of the gas stations might have have taken a breath of relief because their gas tank must have been filled up today because some gas stations have been getting their supplies  from somewhere else, while those that depends on Houston for gas supplies have already shut down their stations after the Harvey.
Yesterday there was huge queued up cars at every gas stations just for gas, i even joined the queue too because i didn't have any choice, though most gas stations have closed down because they ran out of gas, in fact some of gas stations have increased their gas price with a different  of few cents.
The gas average price have moved from $2:49 average but today it has increased to $2.69 . since about 180,000 homes have been ruined from the hurricane Harvey so north Texas are so crowded and more people are still moving in.

Two major pipelines one of them that ships gasoline across the southern United States and up to New York, and the other pipe flows from north to Chicago, both pipes have been slowed down due to Harvey flooding and the damages. Meanwhile,  Officials hoped to resume normal flow by Sunday but the threat of shortages had people running to top off their tanks, people drives off to the gas stations nearby to fill their car tanks.
At a Shell Station at Interstate 635 in Dallas, manager Tim Flatt had an employee wave away motorists with a paper "Out of Gas" sign after they twice went dry on Thursday. They got a refill at about 10 a.m. and were drained again by 2 p.m. that was so fast.
